i haven't gone

it snowed. i’ve been waiting to go shoot in the snow all winter but that past few times it snowed it rained almost immediately after. it seems like snow is the only white that can counter these ohio gray skies. light meter and camera and getting the hell out of the house.

spending the night at my parents house.

i was poking around some boxes of my stuff in my dad’s old dark room in our basement, when i saw a beautiful old m42 screw mount carl zeiss red “T” tessar lens staring back at me. it’s in pretty bad shape and pops must have used it on one of his enlargers, but i think if i cleaned it up a little bit i might be able to have some fun with it. pretty psyched while smelling...
